To be registered with ADNOC, companies must meet the following criteria:

  • SPC Approval

Issued by the Supreme Petroleum Council (SPC), chaired by the President of the UAE. 

  • Licensing

Trade license issued preferably by the Abu Dhabi mainland authority with a minimum of 51% local ownership. 

  • Free Zone Companies

  • Overseas Manufacturer
