Responsibilities:

Financial Data Management:

• Record and maintain financial transactions accurately using accounting software and tools.
• Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Track and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.
• Generate financial reports for clients, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
• Collaborate with auditors to facilitate smooth auditing procedures.

Tax Compliance:

• Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on tax changes and implications to advise clients accordingly.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Identify areas for improvement in financial performance and recommend strategies to optimize financial efficiency.

Client Communication:

• Communicate with clients regarding financial matters and provide them with timely and accurate financial information.
• Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.

Compliance and Regulation:

• Stay informed about accounting standards, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial laws and regulations in all financial activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for financial data management and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective communication skills for clear and professional client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
