We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Admin & Accounts Executive. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks while also managing financial transactions and records.

Job Location: Irinjalakuda, Thrissur, Kerala

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for administrative and financial queries.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
